DESCRIPTION

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Terracotta blocks must be dry and dust-free.
Floors for the first rows of the partitions must also be dust-free.
A protective device against rising damp must be included (concrete footing, plastic U, waterproofing membrane, or PVC angle).

MIXING RATIO
Approx. 7 to 8 litres of water per 25 kg bag

USE
The application is done by coating the edges of the blocks with the adhesive. The joints should be approximately 2 mm thick.The blocks are then laid with staggered joints.The gap between the last row of blocks and the ceiling should be as small as possible (maximum 3 mm).At the top, secure the partition with bonding concrete adhesive.

APPLICATION TIP
If the gap at the upper block near the ceiling is very thick, mix the bonding concrete adhesive. with 5% |3 mm sand.

DRYING TIME
Will set in 2 to 3 hours, and dry in 12 hours, depending on the ambient conditions.

CONSUMPTION
It depends on the thickness of the blocks, and varies between 2 kg/m² (5 cm) and 4 kg/m² (1 cm).
